AGBs
These general terms and conditions apply between faszien-rollen.com (Gerdschi GmbH, Breitenleerstrasse 180/2/8, 1220 Vienna) and the user of the offer from faszien-rollen.com and should clarify the rights and obligations.
1. Orders
Orders are binding and, unless otherwise stated, are usually processed by us within 5 working days. We do our best to deliver all items ordered, but cannot guarantee availability.
2. Shipping to all countries possible, any customs and import fees and the risk of import refusal depending on the legal situation are to be borne by yourself.
3. Shipping costs
As indicated during the ordering process, these may vary depending on the country of destination. Return costs are always to be borne by yourself.
4. Shipping & Payment
The transfer is to be made immediately after sending the order. The dispatch takes place after receipt of payment. If no payment is received within 7 days, we reserve the right to no longer reserve the items ordered. The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Place of fulfillment and place of jurisdiction
The exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Vienna (Austria) is agreed as the place of fulfilment. The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes is the competent court in Vienna. The court of jurisdiction in Vienna also applies to contractual partners who have a registered office (residence) abroad. The terms and conditions and all contracts and agreements are exclusively subject to Austrian law.
8. Severability Clause
Supplements or changes to the terms and conditions, contracts and agreements must be in writing to be valid. Should a provision of the terms and conditions, agreements or contracts be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision is to be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose and economic result of the invalid provision and does justice to the original intention of the contracting parties.
